Our Customer Service Representatives are all licensed and complete continuing education classes every year, as required by the California Department of Insurance. Many of the staff has earned their Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations. In addition, the agency owners have their CIC designation and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
